Do you offer one-off services or only retainers?We keep things flexible. We do ask for a 3-month minimum when purchasing our services - just long enough to make magic, but not necessarily a marriage. In contrast, most agencies ask for 6 or even 12-month retainers - we don’t. Three months gives us enough time to make meaningful progress without locking you into anything long-term. Can I really contact you 24/7?Yes - within reason (and ideally not at 3am unless it’s truly urgent but even then we do appreciate that light-bulb moments can happen at any time). Where are you based?Physically we are based just outside of York in North Yorkshire so we absolutely love businesses in the York, Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, Manchester, Liverpool, Huddersfield and Hull areas - but work remotely with clients across the UK and beyond. So basically, we'll travel anywhere in the UK (and we do travel electric!) so would be happy to visit you no matter what your postcode is.
